Sample an array of newly developed cocktails, channel your inner critic, and enjoy the opportunity to pair your concoctions with one of our delectable bites. Whether you’re a seasoned cocktail connoisseur or just beginning your journey, this event promises the chance to savor some of Galloway’s finest creations and shape the future of our libations lineup.

ABOUT THE BARTENDER:

Garrett has been with us for about two years and enjoys getting creative with cocktail recipes and presentations, as well as engaging with our customers. From behind the bar, Garrett loves the challenge of making classic cocktails and unexpected drink requests to the ever-rising popular non-alcoholic cocktails and recommending his favorites. He’s always happy to provide his knowledge and menu recommendations, from his favorite pairings like our Little Italy and Goat Cheese Caprese to non-alcoholic options like our Thyme Out Greyhound and everything in between.

Cocktail Tasting Experience

Join us for a unique tasting experience pairing our favorite cocktails with our favorite tasty bites. Can't decide which hand-crafted cocktail to enjoy first? Or which menu item might pair well with a favorite beverage? We've paired our favorite cocktails with our favorite bites into one tasting experience. This coursed-out menu includes four hand-selected menu items to pair with four different and complementing hand-crafted cocktails – all served, shaken, stirred, and poured to perfection.
